The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC), in cooperation with mobile network operators, announces the tender for the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Application Project. Interested specialized and officially registered companies are invited to review the Terms of Reference (TOR) and specifications, and submit their proposals in accordance with the following criteria:
- Submission Location: Tender documents must be delivered to the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) building, as specified in the Terms of Reference.
- Submission Deadline: Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM (tender has been extended, please note that all internal dates specified within the tender document have been automatically extended, the new final deadline for receiving proposals is now Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.)

- Proposals must be submitted in sealed and stamped envelopes.
